About Citimark

The foundation of Citimark began in 1988, when our President, Nelson Chan, began building single- and multi-family residences in Richmond and Vancouver. ​

His success during those early years led to the formation of a new real estate development company in 1994, Palladium, in partnership with another developer. Under Nelson’s leadership, the team developed and built twenty successful residential and retail projects in both Metro Vancouver and Calgary. These projects include the revitalization of the Champlain Square Mall in Vancouver, Union Square in Richmond, The Symphony high-rise in North Vancouver, Georgian Towers in Downtown Vancouver and the Rocky Ridge sub-division in Calgary. ​

In 2008, Nelson re-established his own company under the Citimark brand and brought aboard many of his long-standing employees. Citimark’s close-knit team has decades of combined experience in the real estate business. Our continuing success is a testament to Nelson’s strength in leadership and the abilities of the Citimark team. We know we will be working together to deliver homes of enduring value and quality for years to come. ​
